Escalation- A step to fame

Yes I am back.. But this time with a very different blog, trying hard to define what is "Escalation".

When I was young, the word escalation used to strike me as an escalator, a medium to step up or rise...I always wondered why do all these biggies use this word evry now and then. Don't they get bored of it.. But the answer to my question came a bit late..

Whenever I visited the shopping malls and saw the escalators moving up and down, I used to feel good about it.. Good about something, something that I never knew of

Working in a project is a great experience.. You learn a lot.. But where has this escalation gone??? No where.Just get up from your chair, turn 45 degree left or right and you will see Escalation there.. A poor junior getting scolded and tammed by a monster senior for a mistake that Jr never committed. There you hear and see the Escalation, all geared up covering the place with fear and tension.
But where has the Sr gone... There you see him getting back to his cubicle laden with sofa sets and glass of Coke. Sitting in a great posture like a photoshoot of Debonair and cooking... Ahha Cooking what?? Cooking a story to save himself from his mistakes and his dear escalation and putting the Jr into a big trouble of shoes...
This is what the story of each Jr is.. But hey dont be disheartened!!! Coz as I said, Escalation is a stepping stone for Fame..
The moment the tag is with you, you get sympathy from all your colleagues who try to learn from what you have faced...You get those beautiful faces near your desk offering you a hand of support..And you have all the Sr's coming to look for you..Overnight you become famous, a personality who was not known before is now remembered every min and every sec by everyone..

So the moral of this blog is Name to Fame is just overnight!!!!!!!!
